Have a look at Azshara - all-new quests in Cataclysm, goblin-focussed
with a few pretty fun chains. Should be a breadcrumb quest on the
Warchief's command board in Orgrimmar, if not, just go to the
Orgrimmar back gate (follow the path out of the back of valley of
Honor) and the first questgivers are just outside Orgrimmar.

Most of the old zones have been completely revamped, Barrens is one of
the ones which has changed less, unfortunately! Silverpine is also
very good in that level range, although it's even better if you've run
Tirisfal first; the whole undead experience right through to Hillsbrad
is fantastic these days, I always love taking alts through there.

I haven't got it loaded but that looks like it

just some notes

at 15 I think you get dungeons, you can level exclusively in them or mix 
to whatever level you like with questing
Low level dungeons are very forgiving and few people care much, it isn't 
like you stuff up or go afk for RealLife and prevent somebody getting 
gear they have been working weeks for.

was wowhead big back then?
  just google   wowhead horde level 10-15
  of course you have the ingame map showing areas, thats just an example 
for other stuff

Have you joined a guild? higher level guild have massive xp benefits, 
they also get extra loot, faster travel , mass res and more.
you can buy xp/rep gear from the guild vendor as well

Also a guild flag you drop for more xp, but I found that is often forgotten
grind x mobs, finished,  oh damn damn damn didn't drop the flag.

Or you could just take it slow and enjoy the scenery.
You can even turn XP off, takes all sorts eh?
