I started noticing the last few days that quests that rewarded valor are 
giving an increased amount. For example, doing the Random Scenario is 
supposed to award 50 valor but I have been getting 75. The quest to turn 
in 50 stones on Timeless Isle gave me 300 valor instead of the stated 
200. Is this a bug or a feature? Is everyone getting it or is it related 
to the guild reward that increases XP and rep?

I hit the weekly valor cap for the first time this last week. Usually I 
just do the random scenario for 50 as many days as I can and various 
dailies for 5. I've added in running the raids for the sigils for the 
legendary quest chain and doing that 50 stone turn in on at least my 
main every week so I will probably hit the cap more often now,  
especially if the increased valor stays in effect.

It is just as well because doing all the dailies I like to do on all my 
90s is getting to be a pain as I level more 90s (currently at 6 with 1 
at 80.3 and one at 88.5).

Being a completionist can be a pain, especially during world event weeks.

If you have a character who hits the weekly cap, all your other characters
on the same realm earn 50% additional valor.
