I'm guessing in this case "5 seconds" is a bit of a stretch, meant as a 
way to say 'very quickly'... As even if you coordinate your reps to stop 
with 1 quest worth of rep away from exalted with each of those factions, 
  as far as I'm aware you still would have to fly to each quest giver to 
turn in that last quest to get the exalted achieve.  Now the Pandarian 
ambassador and 60 exalted reps could/would pop at the same time he 
turned in #60 and the last panda rep, so three could pop at once there. 
  And considering the Tushui Panda rep is gained through tabbard wearing 
in a dungeon, he would have hit exalted sometime in the dungeon.

You *can* also time the Black prince to hit revered at the same time as 
Sheildwall if you want, but I think he was just making a comment about 
that - not that he was trying.  I found certain classes have it 
different with the black prince rep in that area.  On my mage, I had to 
go back and kill random mobs till I hit revered after I got exhalted, as 
I did not engage as many mobs as I did my melee toon.  On her, I hit 
revered just before exhalted, so it depends on how many mobs you engage 
and kill.  You can only get up to revered with the black prince through 
those mobs.  Once you hit revered, you stop earning rep from them.

Actually, it is possible to do all of those roughly at once, by use of
http://www.wowhead.com/item=86592 - by my reckoning that'd account for
all except Tushui, and so could be carefully timed by using the item
at the right moment in a dungeon. Shieldwall/Black Prince I'm guessing
could also be done within a minute with careful preparation, ie having
a quest ready to handin on exiting dungeon and then quickly finding a
mob to kill! Pretty awesome timing to get that lot all together
though, impressive stuff :-)

OK - So with the Hozen peace pipe it is possible as you said, if he 
coordinated the factions to within 1K of exalted on them all...  Guess 
it does have a wow/bang/omg factor for your guildies if you feel the 
need to impress.  :)   It would have been interesting to know if the 
peace pipe is how the OP did it or not...

To me, the best timing thing I had seen was from a while back, which was 
a screenshot online of a mage on a carpet getting the explorer title and 
level 80 at the same time....and it was a side view distance pic, not a 
standard following your toon pic, so they were obviously ready for it. 
But still getting the view you want, and being able to hit the print 
screen while the achieve panels were still up, was impressive.  :)

I used the Hozen Peace Pipe, but it took a lot of planning.

I had ground most of the MoP factions up to Revered - when I got one
there, I would drop it and move onto others. At Revered, almost all
the faction rep gear is available, so grinding the extra 21,000 points
was a low priority. I only went the full way on two of the MoP
factions - the Tillers, and the the fish guys in the starting zone.

Once I realized that I had them mostly in sync, I bought a Peace Pipe
at the AH (6k, but worth it for the lulz - my solo questing ret spec
is pretty feeble, and I got owned when I tried to take down the rare
that drops the item).

I then ground dailies until I had each faction over 20k, but under
21k, in Revered. The HPP works only for Pandaria native factions, but
not for Shieldwall, Tushui Pandas, or Black Prince.

I made sure that I had Shieldwall up to the point that handing in one
quest would push me over, and I had such a quest to hand in to the
Monkey King.

I had been grinding Black Prince along with Shieldwall, killing mobs,
and made sure I was one mob's rep away from Revered.

Tushui Pandas I learned of only late, but found that with the Tabard
and judicious use of the Guild Banner, I was getting 2500-3000 rep per
heroic. I could also get about 600/run by pulling Stockades. Again, I
ground it up until I was 6 points from Exalted (this, Shieldwall and
the Black Prince required very careful attention to where I was in
rep, and being able to stop at the correct point). Tushui is required
for Pandarian Ambassador.

That put everything in place.

I set my hearthstone for Stormwind. and positioned my toon hovering
near the quarry outside the Shieldwall base.

On guild chat, I said 'Hey, Watch This!'

Dropped down, killed one raider - Black Prince to Revered (not
reported in chat, but I wanted it)
Flew to Shieldwall base, handed in quest - Shieldwall to Exalted.
Hearthed to Stormwind, flew into Stockades.
AoEed down two mobs - Tushui Pandas to Exalted.
Popped Peace Pipe - everything else.

Guildies were still talking about it an hour later :-)

I have a 90 lock  in MOP and  he is wandering around  solo and  does not 
seem to have much aggro problem  He has nice pve kill skills  but does 
suck at pvp.
