Has anybody got some good strategies for this level.  I don't want to
use any cheat codes.  Should I go for the Island with Ogres or should
I use something else?

I eventually had to harvest the mine on the island, ferrying peasants
across until I could build a great hall there.  Sea strength was my
greatest strategy, used in conjunction with zepplins.  Cannon Towers
also helped.  

	After the human boats and shore stuff were wiped,  I landed a party in
the upper left corner and finished wiping.

I'm on 11, and 10 was murder; so my memory is not the best

Thanks for the info.  Did you build any orgre majis or did you leave
them at the plain ogres?  What did you do with the  great hall...leave
it at stronghold or did you upgrade it to fortress before attacking?
