Sometimes none are left available which probably compensates for not having inn missions. Balance varies but most have something like 6 epic mount followers (mission duration) 6 scavenger and 6 treasure hunter. I try to get epic PLUS scav or treasure so they go more quickly, 2 or 3 epics makes for short profitable missions. It does take a lot of GR for re rolls. One alt just has no luck at all, seriously it can't even get enough picks to do the mine quickly while the others have plenty. For a long while before getting enough inn followers it had 16 of one counter, 1 epic, 1 scavenger, zero treasure, and when I reroll the some ones seem to turn up again after 2 or 3 rolls. So it doesn't harvest GR quickly and easily, so can't reroll much..catch 22.
