Warcraft2: can't get war2edit to work

When I try to run the war2edit.exe, the program appears to partially load 
up (I see the beginnings of a few boxes form) I receive the following error 
message:

		Win32s - Error

		WAR2ED95.EXE
Unhandled Exception detected. (Code: 0x0000005 STEALTH.DRV 1:0007)
	Application will be terminated.


I am using Windows 3.1 and have setup WinG and Win32s.  I have a Diamond 
Stealth 24VLB video card (could that be a problem?).  I am using a 
486dx2-66, 8 MB RAM, SB16, 2X Matsushita CDrom.

Any help would be appreciated.
