No the USA has one of the lowest standards in the world, to even get close to the top our first grade students need to be doing 4th grade work. As for why, it simple in our laws as they are written it say all citizens have the right to a education. Well on paper that is great, I love it. But in the real world there are people that do not wish to be there, to take down the whole all you need is 1 person or one part of the whole to drag down the rest. and in there wish to not be in school they take out the one and only chance the rest have at a education, So we lower our standards so the Trouble makers can pass. So what do we do keep, out the trouble makers? Ya, if they wish to get the education we pay for, they need to work for it, life is hard and you have to work at it. You can't stand by and hope it all works out, you have got to apply your self. The law need to be made that a student has 2 chances, if the blow it I am sure they can get a job as a ditch digger, or some other labor job. or maybe we can send them to a new planet. If we would just lay it down to them, this is what you need to do and this is how it is going to be that we can get the education system back on track. Ok so this sounds cold, but if you could see what the kids are like here in Port Charlotte Fl, or have lived here you know. They are out of control big time. Ex. My second day here in PC, a 10 or so year old kid comes up to me asking me for a cigarette, when I told him I do not smoke and he should not either, he tells me to fuck off, keep in mind now this was about 12:30 pm at a long John Silvers Rest. I can tell you if it was not for HRS that little angel would have become a real one fast as I could get my hands on to it. Oh HRS... no I will not get into that one. this thing is more then long enough. I hope one day it all falls into place, my hands are tied. Night all and good luck and keep your eyes on the news life is just not becoming fun More and more kids are killing people. Must be nice to be a kid in our world free of harm, but can do harm at will, to anyone, at anytime. Again I am losing sight of what this was about that's all..
