Removing group members?

  Hello.  I was wondering if there's a command to remove units from a group
permenantly.  Sometimes by mistake, Ill have selected a worker unit along
with my fighting units, and make a group out of them.  Short of killing off
that unit, or getting enough to fill up the group, and re select them all, I
wanted to know how to remove him from the group?  There's probably a simple
command for this, or at least that's what I'd hope :).
