What you need to do is enable ppp somehow, or at least that's how it is with my provider. I have a "shell" account, but they also allow ppp. Anyways, in order to go into my shell account, of course I go into unix, but in order to go to ppp, I have to select a different option from the login menu. You can maybe try just typing ppp somewhere, and that might work. Are you sure you have a ppp account? If you don't have a ppp account, you can always go the other route with slirp, which is a ppp emulator for a shell account. I've used it before and it works pretty good. But, I've heard some ISP's get a little ticked if you use it, so be careful or else don't do anything that will make anyone notice you.. :) -dus...@phoenix.net
