Just push on to 110 and do the missions in your class hall for gold and the gold world quests if you really need it. Though I imagine the biggest money would be from playing the Auction House, grinding for mat's to sell there, I guess for ease, the class hall quests for gold look like they're usually around a few hundred gold.
