So I do need the matrix but I can make it myself. But it seems I can only buy the schematic from an NPC in 'New Dalaran'. The item itself is BoP so I won't be seeing it in the AH. One of the ingredients I need to make the matrix is something called Blood of Sargeras. Another BoP item. From what I can see, both New Dalaran and Blood of Sargeras were added in Legion, not WoD. That being the case, I am guessing that if I want to buy the schematic and make the matrix myself, then I must buy Legion. Could you or someone else please let me know if I am right about that or not?
