First was 400. I had that. This is 1200, I am getting 2-10 at a time.
The only way I will get 1200 is if I spend every minute in Suramar for a
week.

I've not notice getting more than at most 5 from mobs and 10 from the
crystals.

I stopped using the App when it made me login 11 times in one day.

Well, that's why they gave it to you. The RNG is not random, it's cruel
and malicious.

I haven't seen a legendary in Legion.
