You are stuck with that spec until level 102 when you can acquire the quests to get the other two artifacts (one at a time). So, from 102 on you can have all three artifacts if you wish 9or 4 if you're a Drool). -- I don't believe there's a power in the 'verse can stop Kaylee from bein' cheerful. Sometimes you just wanna duct-tape her mouth and dump her in the hold for a month.
