That was my strat too. I geared up a bit (I was almost instantly able to get all ilvl 650+ baleful gear from tokens saved up) but still had a hard time. Tried it a few times and failed and then finally after failing 6 times on step 8 in a row I finally got the last guy with a few seconds to spare. I was so anxious I was shaking.

Also, I'm a little concerned that the shipyard mission for my heirloom agi ring hasn't reappeared after it failed at 92% a week or so ago.
