Ahh that one.  It shouldnt work in WoD dungeons and raids though. But I 
tested it in the instance in Tanaris on my lvl40ish priest.  With some 
patience I could have soloed the dungeon.

The apexis spawn pretty fast at the ruins.  I have seen them spawning in 
front of me several times today.  Literally. :)

Hmhm maybe another clue there.  Simply dont do them and the ring 
missions will spawn.  Or not.  Hmm.  Ive read those missions only spawn 
in the upper right corner of the map.  So I have my focus there.

Yep.  I havent tried soloing them.  But I've read on wowhead that a 699 
warlock couldnt solo one of the rares.  I give it a try on my destro 
lock tomorrow.
