A real shame a few bad eggs ruins things for loads of people, but it's always been the way, and sometimes things are avoidable, stuff like quest NPCs and giant mounts, unwanted pvp flagging (took them WAY too long to make it so having pvp disabled truly meant having it disabled, at least that did finally get added). Troll groups in the group finder, well, probably something that wouldn't be so easy to avoid tbh, any user rating/voting system could be a ripe target for even more trolling!
