I see descriptions with dozens of groups like
http://blizzardwatch.com/2015/04/01/use-premade-group-finder-wow/
but could rarely see more than a handful,  often none.
I would often try and run traders while doing garrison duties but was 
and very few using it when I had them up. Understandable, I was wary 
when joining.

  A couple of times instead of trader or rare it was like signing up to 
a pvp seal clubbing convention, with you as the seal pup. Not 
encouraging, and explains the crickets in the finder.

  Is that the sort of thing they were doing?
