Can't actually do much, but you can access. Also if your sub expires it offers to buy a token from gold evenly spread across chars. So comments said, haven't used it. It MAY offer if you login, assuming you have enough gold. Started at 35k, currently 22k-ish on oceanic. Garrison missions could make that in a dozen good gold/ability missions. With 6 lvl 100 and ~25 100/ilvl625+ followers each that is pretty much going to happen from gold and lvl3 scavenger vendors. I bought a few tokens when it started a couple of weeks into a 1 month sub, then ERP!, not bankable. Since I got them because I usually only have a few days to actually play it is a bit of a waste to run them all together, so they just take up slots on a bankers bags.
