After reading all the answers in this thread and after questing on a bit it
became clear very quickly that without the ability to advance to level 91 I
would be stuck in SMV and my Garrison would be stuck as well. So I bit the
bullet and upgraded my account. The moment I logged back in I got the quests
for the alchemy drop and the flight to Stormshield.

So, I'll see the levelling content to 100. Yay!

Plus, I'll have to consider which of my characters to upgrade to 100...
Considering that I won't be playing after the 10 days, I'm not sure. Shall I
upgrade my Warlock so I can level her to 91 for the profession buildings
(tailoring & enchanting)? Or rather one of my low level characters? But if
so, which one? Ah well, there is no rush, I'll first level to 100 on my
main.
