Never really felt like that, I just don't care if I get behind it's a
much healthier way to look at it. Salvage yard isn't meant to be a way
to get epics, so stop stressing about that side of it - it's so very
unlikely to drop anything that you're only wasting time trying, you'd
do just as well farming lvl 100 mobs and hoping for a drop. The point
of the yard is to get gear for your followers, not you, so they can do
missions which reward gear - and even that is not 100%, but it's
certainly better than trying to get gear direct from the yard; I've
actually had some missions that gave me nice items, haven't had
anything from the yard yet, nor do I expect to. Plenty low lvl items,
but nothing for 100.

Primarily, the followers you don't need to worry about that much,
doing more missions doesn't make the good ones spawn any faster, and
the lvl 100 missions have long durations anyway, so log in a couple of
times a day and that's plenty if you don't want to do more :-)
Followers and missions is the one part of WoD which I really do enjoy,
it's just a shame mostly I'm sitting waiting for missions to end
rather than actively doing stuff.
