Just found something even worse. The Proving Grounds seem to be
glitched. I took my ilvl 592, lvl 99 lock to the White Tiger Temple,
and while he could complete Bronze with little difficulty - it didn't 
stick - he didn't get the achievement, nor was it recorded. Silver
was not offered.
