Probably still get more exp by getting on with the new stuff rather than wasting time flying around Pandaria doing handins! Especially if you're on at midnight, since the 10-20 mins lost doing handins will mean you're very much stuck in the crowd which means huge tagging battles, lag and probably server crashes. I always aim to get ahead of the crowd as early as possible for playability, so time wasted at the start is not good! Although I'm really going to find it hard to get ahead of the crowd this time, the new levelling style of exploring is perfect for me, but also slower... dammit! On the plus side, most of the questing experience was very crowd-friendly in beta, a lot of the object-based quests are now fixed objects which respawn *instantly* and are usable once-only, so no camping spots praying to be the first to click, as eveeryone gets their own, effectively (sometimes a slight delay waiting for others to finish using the object, but at least you don't have to go hunting for them and trying to beat hundreds of other people to them). Named quest mobs are all shared tag, and non-named respawn fast (too fast in some cases, if you're squishy, I actually found in crowds I was more frustrated by chain-insta-respawns almost killing me than by not being able to tag things!). So it seems in many cases lessons have been learned about quest bottllenecks.
