Shame, I used to like reading your comments on here! But if it doesn't
interest you, then it's not worth subbing, indeed - I've got doubts
about a few aspects myself, just I know a fair bit does interest me so
I'll give it a go :-)

I got that on an account which has never even been subbed (starter
account) lol, so yeah, it's fairly universal. Makes sense tbh, get
people in to see the changes and see if it interests them enough to
get the expansion!
