For goodness sake, we're in a totally dead part of the expansion, it should be at an alltime low, yet Draenor is queued?! I am so not looking forward to WoD going live if it's queued *now*, when there's nothing new going on, and so far fewer people playing than usual. I really do wonder why Blizz have never been willing to stick a cap on inbound character transfers, because we've needed that since MoP launch.
