My internet connection was fine and stable so I did a Tracert to my realm and saw my line to Paris stopped somewhere in Germany (more exactly around a hub near Dusseldorf or Frankfurt as far as I remember). Afaik the raid/dungeon servers are placed outside London and I cant remember the last time I've experienced DCs in raids or dungeons unless the so-called world server went down and kicked everybody off.
