My mage's dot (nether tempest, instant cast) is quite powerful so I just dot them a single time while I tab through them. My destro lock just spam incinerate and conflagrate. Incinerate's cast time wont break even if I'm knockbacked in the middle of a cast and conflagrate is instant.
