I have two 90s, and capped one of them today in about 45 minutes -
he'd already stacked up the 200 & 50 vp Timeless quests, and  regular
dailies, and had the 50% buff carried over from last week.

Handing in the first two got him 625, then the 22 dailies got 12.5 each,
for another 237.5. With 862.5, 3 easy dailies (37.5) and one 100 vp
scenario put  him over the top.

It would have been faster, but he took time out for a Celestials 
fight (just gold).
