Huh?  Ofc they are.  I did the daily and weekly this morning before I 
started on my weekly lfr raid runs (7/12 titan runestones arghhh..) and 
got 375 VPs.  After that I ported to Shrine to pick up my coins and 
ported back so I could kill the worldbosses and roll a dime.  Buff was 
still there when I returned.  but the buff disappeared when I zoned to 
another realm.
