I tend not to memorise NPC much any more, they change, memory can be wrong.
Just google, get it , then forget it.

Here little piggy, I just want your liver.
  Darn!
Why do so many of these boars have no liver?
And Why is the ground shaking.....?
  meeeep

It was tough back when a good 70s purple 2-H weapon did 400-600/150 dps
but no so good against a 'it will do for now' 10,000/2,000 mop green
supercharged with 15x the strike and against 15x defense in front of 15x
the health.
Poor little fel reaver fel down, ohhh does it hurt? TELL ME IT HURTS
YOU %$#$# PIECE OF %$%$%$# SORDARFING ^*&^%$#!!!

I need a little lie down and a bex now :-)

Additionally the Outland elites have all been nerfed to death now, but
the reaver hasn't been updated as far as I know or noticed
http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18411/durn-the-hungerer
has been whittled down to little more than a very agressive left toe
