All dots up, _all_ kinds of procs at the same time, hero, trinkets etc, refresh dots, be happy. I havent done the math. But I guess its all about luck and skills. I tried it on a dummy in 5.3 when I got my hands on the Lei-Shen trinket (LFR version) and after a few tests it gave me some really nice numbers.
