I thought it is only a 1% drop rate

at 1% it is a 23 % chance of success within 26 tries so you were fortunate.

at 2% it is a 41 % chance of success within 26 tries so you were fortunate.

I run either 4 or 5 toons a week for the Ashes. Been doing it for about 7 weeks now.

I wish I was as fortunate as you.

You should ride that mount everywhere for a while.

You ask what to do now.

If you don't have the mount from the Vault in Winterspring you might want ot give that a go. You get 4 chances per run because there are 4 bosses that can drop it. The cold boss can be rough if not burned down due to stacks piling up on you.
