People have been asking about openraid.

I used it about a year ago, and recently revived my account. My guild SoO flex
group didn't gel on Sunday evening, so I was free to find another group for
the same bosses before the Tuesday morning reset.

I signed up for a 'casual' SoO run at Openraid.org, and had a very good time;
people were competent, but not hard-core nasty, we used Vent, and it was all
very friendly. We cleared the first two wings in about 2.5 hours (not fast,
but not too slow either). 

It was a semi-regular group, and I hope to join them again.
