Minimum 30 mins, maximum 65 mins (I'd say 60 but they do sometimes go slightly over) for most, some are longer, like Rattleskew is anything up to 3 hours I think. The ones which share spawns with regular mobs of the same type (Emerald Gander, Great Turtle Furyshell, Imperial Python, Monstrous Spinclaw and the yak whose name I forget) don't have any specific timers, they just have a chance to spawn whenever sombody killed a mob of the same type, hence the turtles are up all the time and the others not so often. RareCoordinator is a very useful addon for determining which rares seem likely to spawn soon btw, I fully recommend it if you don't have it yet.
