That was 4 pieces of the new spirit of wars when I DEed them. :) Anyway! This legendary cloak really is a true dps increase. As an arcane mage I wont lie if I talk about maybe 25% increase in dps. I talked to one of my old guildies about the cloak (pala dps) and he told me he got a rough 10% dps increase. I dont have much empirical data so as I only have played for 2 weeks.
