He's complained before about ridiculous changes that seem to be knee 
jerk reactions instead of well thought out ones.  I think that he 
particularly didn't like the many changes to disc priest shields or when 
they raised the mana cost of disc priest shields but not the holy priest 
shields which meant that the holy priest had cheaper shields than disc 
priests - there was a big thread about it here (and that change never 
made it to live AFAIK)

For a while it seemed that every patch note included cutting one ability 
in half or buffing another ability by 100% or more.  It really doesn't 
give confidence that they know what they are doing when they can get 
numbers so wrong.
