If you have people in raid that do 4,5k kick them immediatly, I mean 4,5k?? 
they would get kicked from naxx probably not a cata raid lol, the moonkin is 
also supposed to to use typhoon and hurricane on the adds.
You also shouldnt have frost mages blizzard is doing REALLY low damage and 
the proof to that is that blizzard is buffing it by like 100% increase in 
dmg in the next patch.

Also the tactic we had on magmaw is: ALL stand near boss in the same place 
at all times (unless  the boss casts that aoe on that area then all move out 
just till it's over and go back in the same place.
We had the second tank standlike 25 yards away from the group so the adds 
would always spawn on him because the adds never spawn in melee range of the 
boss and that way they spawn in the place we wanted them and dps doesn't 
have to move when adds spawn. Just make sure the tank that was the "lure" 
for adds to spawn runs to the group as soon as they spawn so the adds wont 
get split up and you can aoe them with ease.

But first fix the 4,5k moonkin... our moonkin was doing around 13k dps on 
magmaw at the end of the fight he does have increased damage phases after 
all so everyone should be doing more than usual with the aoe and increased 
dmg phase specially since you are supposed to use BL/hero/TW when the head 
is down.
