Which should teach them pretty quickly that this doesn't work.

You will be returned to the front of the queue, getting the next
tank/healer. So apart from the effort of kicking the asshat, you don't loose
any time, because if the asshat wouldn't have queued, you would have just
had to wait long enough for a real one to queue anyway.
