There is nothing taken away from you. If this works, your queues will 
get shorter. If this is soooo unfair, everybody will start to tank and 
the healers will get the extra reward. Then everybody will heal and DPS 
will get the reward. With the seemingly BoA reward bag, you can even 
tank on your alt to gain the reward for you main.

What's your proposal to shorten queue times for DPS? This might not be 
perfect but at least they are trying.
