The great thing about this proposal is that only one currently inactive tank or healer needs to be induced for every three players who currently play a damage role. If current damage role players are induced to tank or heal, then only one out of two need to be induced. The way I see it, it seems like just a small incentive has a good chance to dramatically reduce damage role queue times. If queue times are cut in half, EvanMac will be able to run more dungeons for more loot, and in his preferred role. In essence, those unwilling or unable to tank give up nothing (the reward comes from thin air), and gain significantly. If Call to Arms manages to solve this player-created problem, it'll be a big feather in the cap of the game designers. -- Neil Cerutti
