Do not ignore him, use "report spam" on him. Not only this notifies
Blizzard, it will ignore his whole account. So even when he creates
new toon, he will be unable to whisper you.

Trial accounts cannot use public channels (i.e. General, Trade, and so
on) and cannot whisper you if you did not whisper them first. It's not
trial account.

Let every harassed member open the ticket, mention a few names he
used. Blizzard keeps log of communication and deleted toons, they will
track the account.
