Hum.... 6 people, if I count correctly.

Of course. Back in the time of BC, our guild was working on Hyjal. We had 
done several tries, wipes and killed some boss, but not Archimonde. And 
then it was time to visit Northrend. I went back to Hyjal once or twice 
in a level 80 pickup to get the achievement, that gave me some more rep. 
Then, I checked on wowwiki and found out that another down of Archie 
would do it.

I went back once with my druid friend when we were 80, but we weren't 
getting rep. We thought it was because the alliance NPC were helping us. 
But since it looks like the first pack doesn't gave any rep, maybe we 
should have insisted.

It's working at revered. (16-17k for now). I would not recommend doing it 
from scratch.
