Yupp, I'm hoping for that, too. I found one while doing archeology there,
but that was the only one so far. But I haven't gone back really looking.

One problem with deserted continents and farming for rares is, that any rare
that spawns that you have already killed, is likely to remain alive for a
long time, blocking the spawning of one you need. This can be remedied by
telling _NPCScan to warn you about killed ones, too, and then searching the
whole continent, not just the zones you're still missing rares from, but
that makes the search patterns much longer, so it may be just as effective
to just come back for those three you need every hour.
