I'm both an altaholic and a crafter at heart, so I'm constantly burning
cash to level all my alts' crafts. That seems to eat a lot. And I want
plenty of cash for buffer.

Right now my best cash cow is the air transmute. I buy life and use the
profit for all my toons, including all the expensive stuff needed to make
several Dreamcloth each week. The cash balance is slowly rising so at some
point I should be able to afford the Vial. I've resisted buying a Tundra
Mammoth or hog.
