Good to hear, I'm having a look at it myself, although not sure how much chance I have there, it'll be interesting to see anyway, especially having now done modern Hyjal as a quest zone! >Darkmoon faire >repeatable quests, then cards >buyable, or inscriptionist/scribe >either very expensive, or level an inscriptionist/scribe Level a scribe is your best bet, since that way you'll make back most of the herb cost by selling the glyphs you can make from the white inks, while turning green inks into cards. I eventually made a massive profit from Darkmoon, took me 4-6 months or so, but I had a load of odd cards left over, and selling them, plus loads of glyphs, and a ton of trinkets, made me pretty rich. Don't overlook the lower lvl cards; they only give 25 rep per handin but are far cheaper to make! And you can sell the rewards for a bit. >Ravenholdt >kill syndicate to revered >requires rogue pickpocketing (buyable?) level >60 >I have a rogue - level 17, iirc. Yep, in the past you could start getting the boxes around lvl 55, farming the likes of Tyr's Hand, but given all the lvl changes lately I'd say that LBRS is by far the best route to take. Dead easy at lvl 60, I had no aggro issues and got it done in a couple of weeks once I got going, but getting the rogue alt to 60 took a while. You can buy the boxes, but they're not auctionable (whichis why I couldn't use my lvl 80 rogue and just transfer them over the neutral AH), so you'd have to find a rogue to trade pricateloy with - be warned most seem to charge 10g per box, and you'll need 1400 of them (well, less if you have guild perks in place). Getting them myself was definitely the best way for me. >hydraxian waterlords >Raid >MC clears. Since I'm about to hit revered, this can be done only once >a week. I should be able to solo most of the bosses. Should be alright, yes, Baron Geddon is the only tough one, since his falldmg hurts! I reckon I could solo all of them except him now without much problem, I'll have to get around to trying that again soon, since I'm 19 weeks off exalted. >brood of nozdormu >Raid >slow but possible? Yep, see the discussions I've had with Urbin lately :-) I'm 4k into honoured atm, up to friendly is very easily soloable just killing the 11 mobs before first boss and resetting over and over. First 4 bosses should be easily enough soloable (each drops an item that hands in for 500 rep), rest will require help - you may find trash tricky though, some have a rather nasty ability that knocks you in the air for huge falldmg. Also AQ20 gives 300 or so rep, not much, but it's something (and handy if you want Cenarion rep, which my druid alt still does - I run most these places with my druid tanking and priest on follow). >silverwing sentinels >warsong gulch > >league of arathor >arathi basin > >I dislike PVP, and understand wait times are horrible. And even without wait times both take months, since they're very very slow on repgains. I've pretty much given up on them, partway into honoured on both and it would take me months of nonstop pvp to get further. >bloodsail >faldirs cove pirates up to a point. impossibly rare spawn beyond that. >I don't really want to run down my goblin reps. and then rebuild them, >but I'll consider it. Worth waiting on this one - before 4.0, Blizz promised they'd make Booty Bay Bruisers give rep to exalted. They haven't made good on that promise yet, but IF they ever do it, then it'll be a lot easier. I'm waiting to see what happens there before doing my low lvl zone quest achievements, since right now I'm 11999 honoured with Bloodsail and max exalted with all 4 goblin towns - I'd love to get exalted with all of them, so leaving options open on repgaining until things change. >At the moment, aside from O'grilla, the PvP ones looks the most >doable, if not fun. As far as I know, every other faction is >either now unobtainable, or Vamoose (Misha-US) has already exalted. Hmm, if that's absolutely all you have left after 50, it'll be tricky. I'd say Og'rila, Ravenholdt and Darkmoon are your least painful bets, but then those are the 3 I have atm (which will put me at 53 when I finish the Cataclysm reps), beyond that I'm in a similar boat, looking at Brood of Nozdormu and Hydraxian Waterlords for my final 2, but frankly hoping Blizz fix the achievement to make it a GUILD effort instead of a solo one! Since if they do, all I need to do is get Aldor and Frenzyheart on my druid (priest is Scryers/Oracles), sorted ;-) -- EU-Draenor: Sagart (85 Undead Priest) Tairbh (85 Tauren Druid) Buinne (81 Troll Shaman) Balgair (80 Human Rogue) Ruire (80 Blood Elf Paladin)
