Let me know if you find something out. I bet its the USR. They suck heh. Me and my friend both logged on the same provider which has the $500 USR rackmont V.Everythings. He has a USR 28.8 V.34 and I have a noname brand. We ping each other in KaliChat and both got around 385-435. This sucks majorly since we should have gotten 100-300. When I connect to a Kali server I can usually ping at 100-300. So either my provider sucks <probably heh> or the USRs suck and thats even more likely.
