If he has 300 Knights I suggest you surrender ;) Walls (you can double/triple them if that would make you more secure) combined with catapults and Cannon Towers (though I don't recommend those - you are better off with Guard Towers) can make fairly quick work of anything trying to break thru. Mages with Blizzard make quick work of hordes of guys coming in. Right now playing against someone who is having a little trouble coming in with 10 mages defending my town. With two ready to cast Blizzard and the rest ready to turn his army into sheep, he has found it very expensive (to say the least) to try to come in. I have Paladins with exorcism to repel the Death Knights, plus they heal any damaged units. Of course Flame Shield can be used to some effect if cast near the rear (3rd last guy or so). > Any suggestios for getting sappers DEEP into the enemies town w/o being > killed.. Any suggestions in general to kick ass? Sappers CAN'T get deep into enemy terriority. Otherwise it would be a rather lifeless? game. They should be used mainly to break thru to enable a strike into the town. Very useful on towers, walls, a cluster of units on Stand Ground <grin>. They do 400 hit points of damage - two can kill any building (except townhalls, maybe more?) and one will knock off a farm or two if you can get it at the right place. > What are some of your favorite tactics? I have to keep something to myself ;)
