Can't finish level 14, Unreal 2

The mission objectives are:
1. Disable distress call
2. Get data from the computer
3. Kill all enemies.

I was able to do 1 and have killed all the enemies I can find, even some
outside. Also I killed the enemy before he was able to sabotage the
computer, but it won't let me download the data, (nothing happens when I
move the mouse pointer over it). Is this a glitch or something? Does anyone
know how to finish this level? I'm playing it on XP.

If you are still stuck, did you go upstairs to disable the distress call?
When you do that it goes to a cut scene where you get reinforcements to
defend the facility.

Hi Mox,
 I thought I did that first, (it doesn't show up when I press F4). I'll
check again though. I'm about ready to start over and check more closely.
