Delete what you have in the Unreal/Saves directory. Launch Unreal and save how many slots you have saved before. Then Quit Unreal and copy/overwrite the backup saved games to the Unreal/Saves directory. Launch Unreal and you can load up the saved games. The descriptions are not right, but, you can remedy that by loading and then saving and it corrects the description.
