How do you manage teleport jumping, to the top of a building ? Or jump/fall

Besides, how would you manage comming out of hidding, crouch, scope, zoom, 
track, shoot, get back to cover ? All while keeping you eyes on the monitor 
! In my 10'x10' cluttered office.

As a trackball user myself, I'll side with Sir Fred.
