Help: Finding a program to extract from Cache in Unreal I

I have found several programs for Unreal Tournament , and UT 2003 to extract, verify and clean out caches. What I'm looking for is a program which will do the same for Unreal. I know Unreal doesn't use a cache.ini, and those other programs which explore cache's rely on that file. If anyone has experience exploring the Unreal cache (if its possible), I would greatly appreciate a link to download or a page which gives instructions on the Unreal I cache files.
